We are looking for a skilled OR registered nurse job in the Gem State. We are in a rush to submit strong candidates to this travel job assignment only a drive away from Spokane, Washington. All applicants must have at least 2 years in the operating room and as well as have BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications in a medium, fast paced hospital. This hospital is a Level III Trauma hospital. We need a nurse that can hit the ground running. We do orientate our nurses for a few days in each different hospital. This travel opportunity is for three months and can possibly extend to the end to 6 or more months. You will have enough time to visit the Coeur d'Alene River. The river is a popular destination for water-skiing, tubing, and swimming for locals. They also have the trail of the Coeur d'Alene that leads through protected marsh lands, offering the cyclist a glimpse of eagle and osprey nests, moose, elk, and a variety of ducks and other wildlife, as well as some rare species of wildflowers and accompanying butterflies as a result of the age-old soot from the old railroad. The hospital does have a schedule but it can vary with the changing needs of the hospital. We need our nurse to be flexible with the schedule and eager about on call hours. We are also looking for our candidate to be able to circulate. Our ideal candidate will be cool under pressure, knowledgeable, able to adapt well to the hospital and coworkers, and able to float if needed.
o OR RN with 2 years of experience
o Compact State Nursing License
o Start date 4/28/14 or ASAP
o Level 3 experience
o BLS and ACLS
