As a Employment Specialist, you will help connect job seekers with available jobs, qualify applications and schedule interviewing appointments.


The main goal of the Employment Specialist is to put people into jobs, meet client needs, and network within the community in a sales capacity. Posting job ads online and on social media sites is a common activity.


Requirements:


Thrives in a fast-paced environment


Positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude


High school diploma/GED required


Experience with Microsoft Office Products and good computer skills


A Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM with 90% accuracy

Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm with flexibility for events outside normal business hours as required.


Wages:
$45,000 - $50,000 DOE
