Roofing Division Manager Specific Duties, Functions and Responsibilities
- 5-10 years of experience as a Division Manager in the Roofing Division Manager Industry
- Division Manager has a positive attitude, is self-motivated, ambitious, and a team player
- Responsibilities include direct communication with staff, management, customers and vendors.
- Review and analyze budget reports and prepare and develop budget modifications and recommendations
Roofing Division Manager Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of various Roofing systems, materials, construction processes and theories as a Division Manager
- Knowledge to inspect and ensure attention to detail and quality
- Build and develop productive working relationships with other department managers and management personnel
- Able to understand complex problems and make decisions to benefit everyone as much as possible
