Roofing Division Manager Specific Duties, Functions and Responsibilities


  • 5-10 years of experience as a Division Manager in the Roofing Division Manager Industry
  • Division Manager has a positive attitude, is self-motivated, ambitious, and a team player
  • Responsibilities include direct communication with staff, management, customers and vendors.
  • Review and analyze budget reports and prepare and develop budget modifications and recommendations

Roofing Division Manager Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities


  • Knowledge of various Roofing systems, materials, construction processes and theories as a Division Manager
  • Knowledge to inspect and ensure attention to detail and quality
  • Build and develop productive working relationships with other department managers and management personnel
  • Able to understand complex problems and make decisions to benefit everyone as much as possible
