We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Structural Engineer PM to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects across multiple sectors including commercial, residential, healthcare, hospitality, entertainment, sports, and government.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural design and project management, with a particular emphasis on multifamily residences, high-rise buildings, and parking structures.
As a Permanent Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
1.
Design and analyze structural components and systems for various types of construction projects, including commercial, residential, healthcare, hospitality, entertainment, sports, and government.
2.
Conduct site inspections to ensure structures are built according to design specifications.
3.
Utilize advanced engineering software to create detailed structural designs and plans.
4.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver high-quality projects.
5.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
6.
Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and findings to clients and stakeholders.
7.
Provide technical guidance and supervision to junior engineers and other team members.
8.
Ensure all designs and projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards.
9.
Continuously stay updated with the latest engineering technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications:
1.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field.
2.
At least 5
years of experience in structural engineering.
3.
Valid Engineer in Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (P.
E.
) license.
4.
Working knowledge and project experience using steel, concrete, wood, and masonry design materials5.
Experience designing all categories of gravity framing systems and lateral wind/seismic resisting systems6.
Experience designing all categories of seismic and gravity framing systems for every building and material type7.
Basic knowledge of design/build codes, such as the AISC, ACI 318, IBC, and ASCE 78.
Working knowledge of structural analysis software, such as RISA 3D, RAM, ETABS, Enercalc, ADAPT, etc.

Ability to manage your time, juggling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously10.
