0 Coeur d'Alene, ID Coeur d'Alene, ID Full-time Full-time From $30 an hour From $30 an hour We are seeking an individual to manage day-to-day and routine seasonal property maintenance (general household, yard, equipment, and office) for approximately six properties (commercial and residential) in Spokane and Coeur d' Alene.
The property manager needs to be initiative-taking, work independently, can troubleshoot, and conduct proactive maintenance and repairs of interior and exterior facilities, equipment, and grounds.
The candidate must be skilled, responsible, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
You are:
An all-around versatile person, who enjoys working on the exterior and interior of properties and can perform most light repairs from a leaky faucet to a sprinkler head.
Comfortable working indoors and out and understands basic property maintenance needs associated with the area's four seasons.
Proactive & resourceful; you can identify needs ahead of time and take full responsibility for getting maintenance completed.
You are solution oriented.
Flexible.
You can multi-task and pivot as needs and priorities change.
Thorough, exhibit attention to detail, and are highly organized.
Trustworthy and will not compromise privacy and confidentiality.
A good communicator that exercises tact, good judgment, and integrity.
In the care of properties, routine services include:
Lawn care and maintenance Basic structure maintenance and repair Snow removal Trash/debris removal Seasonal routines and procedures for interior and exterior needs:
landscaping, window washing, power washing, sprinkler maintenance, leaf removal, gutter care, and winterization of outdoor spaces and equipment etc.
Light remodel/repair Safety checks Vehicle management:
supervising repairs, maintenance of vehicles and recreational equipment Preparation of properties for occasional events.
Coordinate as needed for holiday d cor.
Other projects and duties as assigned.
In addition to the qualities above, the successful candidate will have a demonstrated history of performance in these duties, a valid driver's license, and ability to pass physical, drug and criminal background check.
Hours and schedule are expected to be 30 hours per week, Monday - Friday with some weekends or after-hours work required.
