In collaboration with the hospital-based education department and reporting to the Director of Education, the RN Clinical Nurse Educator Med/Surg will collaborate with multiple departments to assess, evaluate, and implement educational and developmental programs for Med/Surg staff members.
This Nurse Educator will also work to plan, implement, and evaluate unit specific programs.
The RN Clinical Nurse Educator Med/Surg will be responsible for maintaining necessary documentation, participating in applicable committees, and writing education materials for assigned projects.
The ideal candidate will have their Master's degree, Med/Surg nursing experience, educator experience, and will be passionate about supporting their team.
